Listings move very quickly in the downtown Carmel area. In trusting Dawn’s expertise, everything worked out favorably for me - both financially and in accommodating my specific needs. There were a lot of moving parts with regard to inspection findings and negotiation on my first home purchase. This was frustrating at times… yet, Dawn navigated with steadfast, calm professionalism. A fair deal was successfully negotiated and the transaction completed. Dawn then provided a helpful vendor recommendation list, and repairs were soon underway. While in the midst of drafting remodeling plans, another property within very close proximity that ‘checked all the boxes’… was listed for sale. I had a very narrow window of time in which to make a very big decision. My biggest fear was not being able to sell my ‘new home’ and break even on my improvement investments. I again had to rely upon Dawn’s experience. With her assurance and guidance, I made an offer on the new (better fit) listing. There were other offers, but ultimately my offer was accepted. Dawn was spot-on with her suggested list price for the home that I now needed to sell. An offer was made and my acceptance provided within 48 hours of listing. Closing went smoothly. Throughout these major decisions and fast-moving transactions (within mere weeks)… I felt that I had very wise, timely and dedicated guidance from Dawn. I also felt her compassion as I navigated other personal/life adjustments. She ultimately secured exactly what I needed, and created an all-around win-win scenario for me. I would recommend Dawn Pollard’s real estate services over and over again!
